CHG spherical rollers feature a convex spherical profile for bearing designs such as spherical roller bearings that must accommodate heavy loads, shock loads and a degree of misalignment. Precise control of maximum diameter Dw, length Lw, outer profile radius R, spherical end radius SR, end geometry, geometrical accuracy and surface finish helps improve raceway contact, load distribution and operating stability. Custom production is available to drawing.
