Cylindrical Rollers Overview
CHG cylindrical rollers are designed for high-end large-bearing assemblies and can be supplied to G1 and G1A (Class I) accuracy grades. Precision manufacturing and strict control of dimensions, geometry and surface finish support demanding applications in wind power, metallurgy, engineering machinery and other heavy-duty bearings. Diameter, length, end geometry, center recesses and through-holes can be customized to bearing design, load and operating requirements.

Design & Performance Features
- Line contact supports high radial load capacity and rigidity.
- Diameter, length, roundness, ovality and diameter variation between ends can be precisely controlled.
- Solid, center-recessed and through-hole configurations are available for different bearing designs.
- Precision-finished end faces and outside surfaces help improve rolling contact and load distribution.
- Non-standard dimensions, chamfers, surface roughness and tolerances can be customized.
Selection & Quality-Control Notes
Specify Dw, Lw, end geometry, center recess or through-hole dimensions, and the mating bearing type.
Tolerances, roundness, ovality, end-face runout and surface roughness should be selected according to load, speed, service life and accuracy requirements.
For custom rollers, provide a complete drawing, material, heat-treatment, accuracy grade, inspection standard and order quantity.
Typical Applications
Wind-turbine main-shaft and gearbox bearings
Steel, non-ferrous metallurgy and rolling-mill bearings
Mining, engineering machinery and heavy-equipment bearings
Large industrial gearboxes and other heavy-duty bearings
Model & Specification Information
A cylindrical roller is commonly designated by Dw × Lw. Select the exact product according to main dimensions, center recess or through-hole, dimensional and geometrical accuracy, surface roughness and chamfer requirements.
