Precision manufacturing and strict control of dimensions, geometry and surface finish support demanding applications in wind power, metallurgy, engineering machinery and other heavy-duty bearings. Diameter, length, end geometry, center recesses and through-holes can be customized to bearing design, load and operating requirements.

Selection & Quality-Control Notes

Specify Dw, Lw, end geometry, center recess or through-hole dimensions, and the mating bearing type.

Tolerances, roundness, ovality, end-face runout and surface roughness should be selected according to load, speed, service life and accuracy requirements.

For custom rollers, provide a complete drawing, material, heat-treatment, accuracy grade, inspection standard and order quantity.
