HRU Series Crossed Roller Bearings Overview

  • Cylindrical rollers are alternately arranged at 90°, forming a highly rigid load-carrying structure within a compact cross-section.
  • A single bearing can accommodate radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments.
  • Both inner and outer rings are integral and include mounting holes for direct connection to machine components.
  • Integral rings reduce the influence of mounting on accuracy and preload, helping maintain stable rotational accuracy and torque.

Mounting & Operating Notes

Fasten uniformly through the inner- and outer-ring mounting holes and tighten gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque to prevent local ring deformation.
